Android phones have a wide variety of uses & applications. There are many Android settings that you can change to enhance your experience for all your needs. For example you can disable Google’s ad tracking, disable Active apps button, and disable Wi-Fi auto-lock. You can also adjust the location accuracy to choose a more precise location. There are also a couple of other settings that you may not be aware of.

Disabling Google’s Ad Tracking

If you’re on Android, you can control the apps that have access to your location, microphone, and camera. This will keep your privacy intact while you’re browsing. In addition, you can disable ads that track your movements. Disabling Google’s ad trackers in the settings menu will prevent Google from tracking your actions. This gives you control over your data and makes Google’s services more secure.

Disabling the Active Apps Button

There is an option in the Quick Settings menu that lets you know which apps are running in the background, which is a helpful feature for users who are constantly changing apps on their Android devices. By tapping the button, you can disable those apps that are not in use and enable only the ones that you need to continue working. In some cases, apps like VPNs may need to be kept active in order to function properly.

Disabling the Wi-fi Auto Lock

If you have an Android device, you may have trouble connecting to Wi-Fi networks. This means that you will miss important notifications. For example, you may have missed an email, or received a message from WhatsApp. You can disable Wi-Fi auto-lock on Android by changing its setting. There are a couple of ways to disable Wi-Fi auto-lock on Android.  You can check Settings > Network & Internet >(Internet) Wi-Fi.

Disabling the Emojis

If you are using Google’s Gboard app on your android as your default keyboard then you can disable emojis. Emojis are available on most mobile devices and can be disabled easily. Emojis are also supported by popular social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter. This emoji bar gives you quick access to the emojis when you have enabled it and disappears when it’s disabled. You can enable it again from the settings if you want to get it back.
